ClicknShop Warranty Policy

Items shipped from ClicknShop.online, can be returned within 7 working days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. It can take up to 2-4 working days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 4-5 business days for the refund to be processed and 14-21 business days for the replacement. The products sold in deals/promotions/super low prices can’t be refunded but replaced with the same in case of any physical damage or manufacturing defects.

*Electronic items such as mobile phones, laptops, tablets, digital & DSLR cameras, smart tv, etc. can only be returned within 3 working days (should be unopened/brand new condition). A restocking fee of 15% of the total invoice/price of the product to be returned will be applicable for returns.

Cosmetics, perfumes, and personal care electronic items such as trimmers, grooming sets, etc. will only be returned if there are any manufacturing defects or physical damage. Claims are to be made within 24 hours.

Warranty

The warranty of products will be under the sole discretion of the manufacturer. On selected products and in instances where ClicknShop is considered the seller, warranty repairs will be carried out at ClicknShop authorized service centers. In instances where a product is bought through a Seller that is not ClicknShop, the terms of the respective seller’s warranty will apply. In case of complaints, items covered by warranty will be picked up and sent to the respective service centers. This process may take 14-21 days and depending on the nature of the complaint, and the availability of the spare parts, there could be differences in the time.

The warranty is not applicable to cases other than defective material, design, and/or workmanship. Warranty obligations are limited to repairing a defective product or refunding the amount of the purchased product (such decision at the product Seller’s discretion). All electronic items can only be sent for warranty once unboxed.

Repair or replacement under the terms of a warranty does not provide a right to extension or renewal of the warranty period. Warranty terms are in accordance with your device manufacturer. In the event that your product cannot be repaired but is still under the manufacturer's warranty, we'll issue a replacement or, if a replacement isn't available, you'll be refunded in full. Not all products are covered by the warranty, always check the product listing to know if it includes warranty benefits.

About Refunds

When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item, and how the item was purchased. Refunds are given either as ClicknShop Credits or in Cash. Please see the table below to see how long it takes to receive your refund.
